Developing Intercultural Sensitivityin Study Abroad Programs
This article explores how study abroad programs can foster genuine intercultural growth by combining theory, reflection, and storytelling. Through acculturation models, the Developmental Model of Intercultural Sensitivity, and student video-logs, it shows how reflection on cultural experiences transforms awareness into deeper intercultural understanding.
